FALL TERM DEADLINES
For classes starting Aug. 19: Admissions Application & Tuition/Fee Payment Deadline is Thurs., Aug. 8

For classes starting Sept. 23: Admissions Application & Tuition/Fee Payment Deadline is Thurs., Sept. 12

Academic Calendars

If you are currently receiving Financial Aid for the 2012-13 school year and have remaining aid after Spring term, you may use this in the summer term. Please check with your local financial aid office for more information.

If you are a brand new student for Spring 2013 and don’t have a current aid package, BCC considers November 19 to be the date you need to have finalized the aid application process in order to receive your aid package before the January 7 fee payment deadline. You can apply for aid after that date or complete an unfinished application, but you may have to pay fees out of your own pocket and wait for reimbursement. Also, you're eligible for one Pell Grant Award per term, so plan wisely and register for all full-term and mini-mester classes at once in order for them to be considered in your aid package.

Each January 1 you can begin applying for aid for the NEXT academic school year by filing a FAFSA, with April 15, 2013 as the priority deadline for the August 2013 through July 2014 school year. You want to wait until after 2012 tax returns are filed to create a 2013/14 FAFSA.
