Learning Should be Fun: Get Involved in the Student Government Association & Clubs on Your Campus

Students need a voice in their college. That's why the leaders of Brevard Community College organized the Student Government Association — known as SGA — and made sure there's a branch on each BCC campus. You'll find that SGA, and each campus' Student Activities Office, are involved in everything from organizing fun events to relieve the stress of final exam week to screening and approving new student clubs. Together they ensure that student activity fees are spent wisely.

Student Government participation, either as an officer or volunteer committee member, is an opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, including involvement at the local, district and state levels of student government through the Florida College System Student Government Association (FCSSGA).

Use the links in the left column to explore all the clubs and events on your campus. It's easy to get involved, just contact the student activities director at your campus and volunteer — their contact information is in the right column. This is also your one-stop location for a calendar and information about student events. It's your SGA so get involved and welcome aboard!
